STRICTLY NO RUSH SERVICE

  • 3 - 4 Working days

  • Will be sent to Suunto Finland Factory

KNOW OUR SERVICE CHARGES:

Effective 01 April 2017, Customers have the following options. :
  • Customer may directly come in our Service Centre where we can promptly do the required checks and repair.
  • There will be applied Collection & Delivery fee of AED 60 if we are required to collect & deliver the unit to the dealer/ store.
  • Alternatively, customer may opt to send and collect the unit to/from us through courier (applied charges to be settled by the customer).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We give (3) THREE MONTHS service warranty for the repair and used spare parts. The original warranty continues according to the purchase date.
Normal repair service may take normal 3 - 4 working days. STRICTLY NO RUSH/ SAME DAY repair service.
